Voka congress

'Voka- Chambers of Commerce and Industry' gathered with 1400 members in the new 'Square Brussels' conference centre for the yearly 'Voka Congress'.
 
Auvipartners provided all technical audiovisual support during the meeting of the Young Chambers in 'the Arc room', the plenary meeting in 'the Gold Hall' and the walking diner in 'the Grand Hall'.
 
For a maximum impact, we set-up a panoramic seamless 18 x 5m projection, with two Barco FLM HD20 projectors in the plenary meeting at the Gold Hall. We combined the presentations and video-content made by Twins, with our camera-images trough a range of key and mixing effects of the Barco Encore System.

RACB

The Belgian motorsports in-crowd was invited by the 'Royal Automobile Club of Belgium' for the 'RACB Awards 2009'. Four camera's captured the event so that the more than 1500 people could follow the award ceremony on the 11m x 6 metres HD projection.

Auvipartners and Arto worked together to make it a memorable evening.
